MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointment requests are accepted 24/7 through online booking. You can select multiple appointments 30 days in advance, with a time and date that works best for you. Use your phone number to sign in at any time to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. (No passwords necessary! YES!)
If you are booking a haircut, there's a special option! Please select the "New Guest Haircut". This appointment is an additional 15 minutes longer than a standard haircut appointment, ensuring more than enough time to get to know you and your hair.
Next, you can expect a welcome email and confirmation from me within 24hrs, please fill out the attached consent and contact forms before arriving to your appointment. You will be automatically sent an Email and/or text confirmation 3 days and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Note: These are appointment requests and not guaranteed until you have received your booking confirmation. If for any reason there is a conflict I will contact you.

Enjoy the privacy and safety of a salon suite. Classic Cuts is made up of smaller rooms or "suites" ensuring limited cross contamination and optimum sanitation. Read more about our Covid Procedures HERE.

I believe that the consultation process is the most important part of your service. We will discuss how we can highlight your best features, custom blend the perfect colors, and create a look that works for you- not just today, but every day.
I will direct your journey with realistic expectations. We will plan your services according to your timeframe, budget, and hair health. From there, I will share effortless styling tips and the perfect products that will keep your color lasting, hair hydrated, and help elevate your style to the next level (all with minimal effort!)

Send me an email or book a 20 minute in person or FaceTime consultation. These options are especially recommended if you are wanting to do a big change, have been told you have thick hair, or if your hair is extremely long.

Can't find an appointment time soon enough? Don't let that stop you! Shoot me an e-mail with when you'd like to get in and I will contact you if a space becomes available. My calendar opens 30 days in advance, but rescheduling happens all the time. You might get lucky!

The Fine Print:
Cancellation/No Show
24 hour notice is required. If unable to notify within time frame you will be required to leave a 50% deposit in order to book another appointment.

Late/tardy
If you are going to be later than 10 minutes to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule to another day and a 50% deposit will be required.
​
Children Policy
Having a child myself, I understand how difficult it can be to make self-care happen. However, due to the sharp tools, chemicals, and hot equipment we ask that all children under 10 years stay at home or be accompanied by another adult. If something happens to your child care the day of your appointment we will reschedule you. This policy is purely to protect our young ones and provide you with the best service possible.

Guarantee
I strive to offer the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know with in 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any issues with no additional charge.
Being notified later than 7 days will be treated as a standard appointment and priced accordingly.
